His substitutionary death on the cross, in space and time in history, had infinite value because of who His is as God. Thus nothing need be added to the substitutionary value of His death, nor can anything be added."

In other words, Jesus + nothing = everything. He is my redemption, justification, adoption, sanctification, glorification, joy, hope, peace, strength, etc. Praise God from whom all blessings flow. 

Remembering and Honoring "Mamaw" Luby

Kristy's grandmother, "Mamaw," went to be with Jesus on Tuesday at 84 years old. She was a very special lady. Her husband of 66 years, Tom, told me today, "A better wife cannot be found." And this is after a stroke in 1994 left left Mamaw paralyzed on her right side and unable to speak. Papaw loved and served her well–and always had his arm around her. I've never seen anything like it, except for the love of Jesus for his bride, the church.  Visitation is tomorrow night (Friday) from 5-7:00 p.m in Yazoo City, MS, with the funeral on Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. in Yazoo City, and interment in Benton, MS, at Midway Baptist Church.
