Here is a helpful quote from Jerry Bridges book, The Discipline of Grace. I'm using the first few chapters of this book as a spring board for youth discipleship on Wednesday nights. Tonight is Luke 18:9-14, The Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector. Okay, here's the quote:

"Your worst days are never so bad that you are beyond the reach of God's grace. And your best days are never so good that you are beyond the need for God's grace."
