In light of Ephesians 3:20-21, Creekstone men are invited to participate in a weekly prayer breakfast in the Creekstone office on Saturday mornings from 8:00-8:45 a.m. We primarily are going to be praying for goals that we’ve set as a church which are beyond what we can accomplish and above what we can attain. It’s not so much testing God as much as it is believing him—taking Eph. 3:20 at his word:
“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”
Every word is gold! Read it again. More slowly this time. Wow! Are you ready to ask or what?!
So here is the deal.
We’ll gather at the office for a b’fast at 8am. I’ll lead a short devotion. Then we’ll pray. Rather than a long time of prayer time, it will be focused and purposeful. We will be done and out before 9am.
So men, just wake up, put on a cap and join us. Feel free to pass it on, announce it to your K-Groups and ministry teams, etc.
